AUTUMN IS HERE

As I mentioned in the previous issue, fall is my favorite season of the year. For me, it is the season that most awakens my creativity, I usually seclude myself and begin the reflective period , in which I usually give free rein to my imagination and begin to create new stories and scripts that I will make come true during the following year, when I leave my lair, like hibernating animals.

 

Not only does this season make me fall in love with that creative kick that I feel, but also those earthy colors , occasionally the ocher, yellow, tile red and greenish touches combine perfectly to make you feel like in a novel, and if we add the mist, the combination is perfect.

 

But here I am to talk to you about food, about the wonderful products that this new season brings us. Autumn comes together with the cooling of temperatures, depending where you live. But the common thing, is that we begin to feel like a little more elaborated meals, salads are still good, but if they give us some broth that warms our body, we prefer it more. In this issue I bring you a proposal of my autumnal recipes, we start with a CURRY CARROT CREAM, we continue with a SEASONAL MUSHROOM RISOTTO (boletus, bold, chanterelle ...), and you can't miss a rich and juicy croquettes, this time PEAR AND GORGONZOLA CROQUETTES and, to finish with a sweet part, a dark chocolate BROWNIE with hazelnuts and orange.
