1. CUT HAZELNUTS. GRATE ORANGE SKIN.
2. PREHEAT OVEN TO 180ºC.
3. MELT THE CHOCOLATE AND MARGARINE IN THE BAÑO MARÍA.
Four. CLARIFY THE EGGS WITH THE SUGAR, AND ADD THE CHOCOLATE WITH MARGARINE.
5. SIEVE THE FLOUR, THE COCOA POLE AND THE SALT OVER THE PREVIOUS MIXTURE.
